Shared lunch
Today I have chosen this piece of writing that i've done because I enjoyed that day.What everyone had to do was have activities of cooking and making food.What I enjoyed was having to eat what others had made.To be honest there was nothing that was challenging because I really didn't do anything.Thank you and I hope you enjoy my writing.
“Everyone line Up and get ready to go have shared lunch,” said Mr Margetts.As soon as we got to the staffroom we had to go and wash our hands so they were clean for touching the fruit and vegetables.We all sat down on the comfortable blue chairs. Mr explain to us what fruits and vegetables that had vitamins,protein and grains. The things that there were was kumara for the kumara chips.Banana,weet-bix and milk were mixed for the smoothies.The cheese and sliced pineapples were for the cheese and pineapple on stick.The last thing there were was a hummus sandwich with crumbled cheese. The kumara chips were made by Lucy,Caroline,John and Viliami. They chopped and peeled the yellow and orange kumara. I wasn't really sure who was on the smoothie activity but I know that they used banana weet-bix and milk.They mixed it all together in the blender.The people who were working on the hummus and cheese sandwich was Siu,Aaron,Mafi and Buzz.They got healthy,delicious bread to spread hummus on.Along with the cheese they spread it around.The two people who were working on the cheese and pineapple on stick were Pauline and Sumaya,what they did was put one cubed cheese on the toothpick and then put pineapple on. “Yum!!!” yelled the kids.We munched up the delicious,healthy lunch that was cooked and then served.At the end of our shared lunch we all cleaned up our mess and rinsed the plates,bowls and cups.I enjoyed our shared lunch,especially when I felt full of yummy food.

Presuasive writing
Today I have chosen this work of mine to post because I wanted everyone to know why breakfast is important.What I had to do was to write a persuasive text about why people should have breakfast.What I enjoyed was having to gather all my ideas and making it into a persuaive text.What I found challenging was when I had to speak into the voice typer because everytime i'd talk it would type up somethging different.How I overcame the challenge was just speak slowly,start again and never gave up.Thank you and hope you enjoy my persuasive writing.

The reason why is because if you don't have it in the morning you might get hungry at school,you won’t get enough energy and you could lose your memory. Energy is one of the most important reasons why you should have breakfast. Energy helps you play,function and think. Breakfast is full of carbohydrates which give you energy. Mood is another reason why you should have breakfast because when you get to school after eating breakfast you will feel happy and you will enjoy your day.If you don’t have breakfast you might go to school angry,mad and might not enjoy your day. If you don’t have breakfast you won’t believe this but you could have memory loss and you might not be able to remember things that you were suppose to remember or anything.You also won’t be able to concentrate on school work properly. Those are my different reasons why you should have breakfast every morning of the week. You might think to eat breakfast,just to lose weight or your lazy but really you're just not helping yourself. Also there is breakfast club at school which is on Monday to Thursday. So feel free to walk along there if you don’t have breakfast at home or still not full.

My butterfly report
I have chosen to post this because I wanted to share to everyone my report on butterflies and share some information that some people migfht not have known about.What I was doing was doing a report on butterflies.What I had to do first was do a plan on information what I had already knew,what I want to find out and also a chart for what I learned.Next I gathered up the infomation to make a report.What I enjoyed about doing this report was when I got to find out infomation about butterflies because I learned new things about butterflies.The most challenging part of my report was when I had to think of subheadings.I overcame my fear by just trying hard and doing my best.
Bold Butterflies
Species of Butterflies: In the world there are 28,000 different species in the world.For example in America and Mexico there are 725 species like papilionidae and pieridae.That’s not all because Ohio has 135 species.
Nutrition: Butterflies drink nectar from flowers because it’s got high energy of sugar that bribes the butterfly to pollination.When they drink they drink with proboscis straws.They can only eat or fly when they are warmed up to 30 degrees.
Movement: They beat their wings ten times a second.And like how they eat they have to be warmed up to 30o.They have four wings.Two of them are forewings and two of them are hind wings.Their wings are made of very thin layers of a hardened protein called chitin.
